Floral Seascape.

I set up a wild floral arrangement at Watergate Bay in Cornwall, where the soft, airy hues of the blooms mirror the gentle waves rolling onto the shore. The pastel petals and feathery textures blend seamlessly with the fresh, summery sea breeze, creating a moment that feels effortlessly calm and inviting. As I frame each shot, there’s a quiet, hygge-like pleasure in watching the natural beauty of the flowers and the coast come together - a serene harmony of colour, light, and texture that celebrates both nature and the art of slowing down.

I spent the morning at The Flower Tree, carefully selecting each flower for the arrangement. Wandering through the rows of flowers, breathing in their delicate scents, and feeling the textures between my fingers felt like a quiet, mindful escape—a truly hygge experience. I love the simple joy of picking the flowers myself before arranging them, letting the colours and shapes speak to me. Moments like these make me dream of one day having my own garden, overflowing with beautiful blooms, where I can recreate this calm, creative ritual whenever I wish.
