A whimsical winter snowscape.

Since moving to Austria, I've often dreamt of creating magical hygge moments here in the mountains. There's something about the crisp air, the quiet valleys, and the towering peaks that calls for a little extra charm and cosiness. So, when we were gifted a fresh layer of snow, I couldn't resist the urge to step outside. I wandered into the peaceful valley, the soft crunch of snow beneath my boots, and found the perfect spot next to the river. Surrounded by snow-covered trees and the majestic mountains, I began to set my table.

It felt like a scene straight out of a fairytale, soft anemones and flickering candles dotting the snow, creating a romantic, serene atmosphere. I covered the table in snow, allowing it to blend into the scenery, as if it belonged there all along. The stillness of the moment, the glow of the candles, and the delicate flowers felt like something from a dream. To me, it’s a setting fit for a fairy’s tea party, a peaceful, intimate escape in the heart of nature.
