Galentines.

For Galentine’s, I hosted a brunch for a few of my closest friends, creating a tablescape that reused my handmade Christmas linen collection. I layered in large linen bows, soft pink flowers, and candle sticks to bring subtle Valentine’s vibes to the table. The menu was curated around some of our favourite foods, keeping with a pink and red colour palette - berry French toast and cherry frozen yoghurt adorned with hearts, which we topped with all our favourite sweet treats and fruit. Preparing and enjoying it together felt wonderfully hygge, full of laughter and comfort. To add an extra personal touch, I gifted each friend a small crystal heart, chosen for its unique properties, symbolising friendship and adding a little magical moment to our celebration—a perfect embodiment of Huglig, where connection, care, and warmth come first.
